But not nearly as long as the social dry spell I'm gearing up for without all of you potluckers. To stave off our loneliness, K Yo and I whipped up some pumpkin pancakes this morning. We ate them with cream cheese instead of butter.

First post, Woohoo! They look excellent! And my tea cup in the background, too. Glad to hear you guys got some snow - plenty on the ground in Buffalo. Hopefully I'll have a dish to contribute tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteI was there for the fast breaking. Woke up to a nice layer of snow (just as Beet Eater described). Brewed some coffee while making the pump-pans. A housemate suggested putting sweetened condensed milk in my coffee drink--what a pleasant adventure for my taste buds.
